Lighthouse Christian Community began its life in September 2010 in the seaside town of Balaclava, which is currently officially is an area of Sebastopol. Lighthouse is non-denominational church. According to our doctrine, we most closely to the early Pentecostal movement and Faith movement but we don't have absolute identity with any of the existing denominations.
We believe in the importance of deep personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, and that person must change from the inside out. Therefore, we do not set the external rules of conduct, leaving every man's right to choose the style of clothes, language, music and books.
Our community is part of the Association of Christian Churches "Union of Christians". Pastor of Lighthouse Christian Community Mix Novozhilov is ordained minister of the Association. Likewise our pastor is a is licensed minister operating under the covering of AFCM - Association of Faith Churches and Ministries - Apostle Jim Kaseman, Wilmar, MN.
At present, the community conducts worship services in the cities of Balaklava and Inkerman. |
